Terms and conditions Money Back Deposit We will refund 100% of your deposit.   We are not responsible for any travel related fees what so ever. 3 day, 150 mile Money Back Guarantee. Refund period is 3 Days or 150 miles, which ever comes 1st. If you've traveled to our dealership, time and mileage starts from when you take delivery. If you've had it shipped, time and mileage starts from when you receive it. If you've had it shipped,  shipping costs are not refunded. Within the first 3 days or 150 miles from date of purchase, whichever comes first, the actual purchaser or retail lessee may return an eligible Used Vehicle to Bresee Chevrolet  for an exchange of another vehicle  - or refund of the purchase price - if not completely satisfied  with the vehicle for any reason. This Customer Satisfaction Guarantee is available only to eligible used vehicles that are clearly marked on our EbayMotors auctions. If, during the 3-Day/150-Mile period, the purchaser chooses to trade in this vehicle to Bresee Chevrolet  for another used or new vehicle, the purchaser will receive credit for the following amounts paid toward the vehicle returned: the down payment, the "Agreed Upon Trade-in Value," and any amounts paid toward the principal balance/capitalized cost of the finance agreement. If the purchase price of the vehicle being traded for is less than the purchase price of the vehicle "being returned," the purchaser will receive credit for the difference. The purchaser will, however, receive a cash refund if returning the vehicle under the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (3-Day/150-Mile Vehicle Exchange or Money-Back Policy). If the purchase price of the vehicle being traded is more, the purchaser will pay the difference. All Bresee's "Money Back"  Used Vehicles, except those explicitly excluded below, are eligible for the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (3-day/150-Mile Vehicle Exchange Policy) if returned to  Bresee Chevrolet within the first 3 business days (a business day is when the selling  Bresee Chevrolet has normal scheduled operations) or 150 miles; whichever occurs first, of delivery.  All Bresee's "Money Back"  Used Vehicles are eligible to be traded within the first 3 calendar days or 150 miles, whichever occurs first, of delivery for a vehicle of equivalent value. The vehicle must currently be owned or leased by the retail purchaser/lessee of the Bresee's "Money Back"  Used Vehicles. The vehicle must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered to the customer, without damage or excessive wear and tear. Refer to Vehicle Inspection section below. Exclusions Fleet purchases and fleet lease vehicles. Vehicles used for livery, taxi, or delivery services. Customers who have previously returned or traded a vehicle under this Process within the previous 12 months. Vehicles acquired in exchange for All Bresee's "Money Back"  Used Vehicles  under the Process. All Bresee's "Money Back"  Used Vehicles that have had non-GM aftermarket accessories installed (e.g., air conditioning, lift kits, wheels, and etc.) Refund Provisions Vehicles must be returned to  Bresee Chevrolet and be accompanied by all used vehicle purchase or lease transaction documents, including the sales contract/lease agreement, license, and registration. Bresee Chevrolet will refund title, tax, and license fees on the returned vehicle. Bresee Chevrolet will refund administrative charges (including any prepayment penalty) for the original vehicle financing, but not the interest due at the time of return. The customer must pay any interest and principal balance and other amounts due in order to provide a free and clear title to Bresee Chevrolet. Lease cancellation charges assessed by the lease institution will be refunded. If, however, the customer leased another Bresee's "Money Back"   Used Vehicles, many lease companies, including GMAC, will either execute a substitution of collateral or will cancel the original lease and put the customer in a new lease without cancellation charges. The purchase price of any  Service Plan or Bresee Chevrolet-installed   accessories purchased by the customer will be refunded. If Bresee Chevrolet sells a service plan to the customer, Bresee Chevrolet is responsible for providing the customer a full refund. If the customer independently purchases a service plan, the customer is responsible for obtaining any refund. Used Vehicles which, after certification, become equipped with  aftermarket accessories or are structurally modified, are not eligible for Vehicle Exchange or trade-in benefits. Vehicle insurance and credit life insurance and/or disability insurance are separate transactions from the vehicle purchase or lease transaction and any related expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer. Vehicle Inspection Any vehicle returned under this Process will be inspected by Bresee Chevrolet for damage and excessive wear and tear. If non-warranty repairs equal to or greater than $300 have been performed or are necessary as a result of the customer's use of the vehicle, the vehicle is not eligible to be returned. If less than $300, the damage repair estimate will be deducted from the credit amount. Valuation of "Trade-in" Vehicle If the customer trades in their current vehicle as part of the used vehicle purchase transaction, the "Agreed Upon Trade-in Value" will be used in determining the refund/value to be applied to an equivalent vehicle. Other There may be instances when the customer elects to return a vehicle under this Process and order a replacement vehicle instead of buying or leasing one out of Bresee Chevrolet inventory. In these cases, neither GM nor  Bresee Chevrolet, will provide alternate transportation or allow the customer to keep the original vehicle while the replacement vehicles is on order.
