Our “100% Full Disclosure” Policy:
We carefully hand pick every vehicle we sell. We inspect each vehicle carefully, our service department has put this vehicle through a strict 100 point inspection. We correct any problems that may need repair (call Jim Wilson at 315-233-0333 and request a report on what was needed for this vehicle!) then we spend 3 hours preparing this EbayMotors report so that you may be as informed as possible. This collection of photos and information is subject to evaluation, here is an outline of the factors involved.
Year, make and mileage are the big three factors we consider in judging a vehicle. Wear from use is to be expected. This wear shows up as small paint chips, miniscule scratches, or slight blemishes in carpet or upholstery that may appear under close scrutiny. We use the following rules of thumb to distinguish normal wear from “above normal”.
All dents in the body are disclosed.
If any scratch or mark in the finish is deep enough to catch a fingernail, we disclose it (anything less than this can generally be buffed out and is considered miniscule).
If any nick or chip in the paint is larger than 3/16" to 1/4" we disclose it.
Any puncture holes, tears, or stains in the upholstery are disclosed.
Any significant stain or blemish in the carpet or any fabric or leather surface that is clearly noticeable is disclosed.
Any readily noticeable scratch, mark, or crack on any interior surface is disclosed.
Any nick, chip, or crack in any window or interior glass is disclosed.
Any known or apparent mechanical defect or malfunction of power accessories, radio, or electronic equipment is disclosed.
If any original factory equipment is missing (e.g. floormats, manuals, keys, etc.), we disclose it.
Any tread damage or tire wear exceeding 50% is disclosed.
If there is known history of damage or evidence of prior paint work we disclose it.
Any unusual vibrations or noises from the engine, transmission or drivetrain are reported.
Any braking problems (pulsing, pulling, etc..) are reported.
All interior controls are tested (Heating/AC, Radio/Music system, all power accessories (windows, locks, seats, etc..)
We do not sell vehicles that have had frame or unibody damage or have any history of major accident damage, flood damage, salvage, theft, or any other adverse issues.
