How much does it cost to ship?
Generally $200 to $1000 (east of the Mississippi river) and $800 to $2000 west of the Mississippi)

How long does it take to ship?
Our experience says 2 days is the fastest and 4 weeks was the slowest. 2 weeks is common. Distance, weather, load timing and other variables all come into play. It's much easier to explain it all over the phone.

What can go wrong?
We've never had one damaged in transit, but, it could happen. Make sure the shipper is insured for damage in transit.
Trade-In's:
Do you accept Trade-In's?
Yes, but only under very select circumstances.

How you do evaluate the trade-in?
We'll need you to give us a very accurate description of your trade-in's condition. "CLICK HERE" to go to our online trade-in communication form.

Ok, then what?
We'll review your report and email you our estimate. Expect it to be a narrow price range, not a specific price. The more accurate your report, the smaller the price range!

Extended Warranties.
Beware  unknown Extended Warranty companies. So many in the past have collected  monies then folded that we exercise great caution in this area.  We highly recommend  factory backed warranties. IMPORTANT TERMS OF SALE OVERVIEW
Do not bid on this vehicle unless you are fully prepared to pay for it. Placing a bid on this vehicle opens a legal and binding contract between us for you to purchase the above vehicle. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and/or end the auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Payment Methods
Cash, certified check, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information call 1-(315)-233-0333 about Financing Forms.

Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit that will arrive on our premises within 2 business days after the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) and take delivery of the vehicle within 5 business days of the close of the auction. Exceptions, although rare, can be made in lieu of deposit. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. No trade-ins unless agreed to prior to the auction ending.

Additional Fees and Taxes
If buyer lives in New York State, buyer must pay $14(NYS Inspection), $20(doc fee) + Sales tax based upon which county they live in. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All buyers (regardless of location) must pay an additional $250 fee payable to New-Traffic.com covering listing expenses.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Bresee Chevrolet has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. If your vehicle is used, please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Bresee Chevrolet welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available; please contact us for details.

Notice to Bidders

Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should E-mail us or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via E-mail after the auction closes or he/she must contact Bresee Chevrolet within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Nonpaying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 business days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Please understand that the vehicles are Pre-Owned vehicles and at times, the vehicles may come without accessories such as extra keys, cd magazines, navigation discs, floormats, tools, and owner's manuals. #2). The winning bidder must quickly send a $500 deposit via Visa/MC, certified funds (cashier's check) or wire transfer to start transaction. This small deposit must be no later than 3 days after the auction ends.

#3). In the period prior to delivery, the buyer has 10 days from the end of the auction to do his/her inspections and due diligence.

#4).
