#2). The winning bidder must be prepared to send a $500 deposit via Visa/MC, certified funds (cashier's check) or wire transfer to start transaction. This small deposit must be no later than 3 days after the auction ends.

#3). In the period prior to delivery, the buyer has 10 days from the end of the auction to do his/her inspections and due diligence. YOUR DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE WITHIN THIS PERIOD. After the 10 days following the closing day of the auction, the winning bidder waives their option of a refundable deposit.
